The Mount Brioni Environment

	The emphasis at Mount Brioni is on providing a quiet, restful environment, to which you can escape. Our barbecue terrace overlooks the beach, and is available for all to enjoy. Every apartment enjoys excellent views over the gardens, beach and sea. It never seems crowded, even when full to capacity. Ample parking is available for all occupants.
The Apartments overlook a safe bathing beach (approximately 100 yards). The beach also has a small river running across it into the sea, as well as many rock pools. It is ideal for children of all ages. Fishing off the beach and rocks is also very popular with anglers, throughout the year.
External view of apartment types Capri, Crete & Corsicia	Mount Brioni is a natural touring base, with destinations as far afield as Land's End about 1½ hour's drive, Dartmoor about 1 hour, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and Rick Stein's Padstow each about 45 minutes and the new National Marine Aquarium in Plymouth only 30 minutes. The exciting new Eden Project is only about 40 minutes' drive. If you're fed up with driving, you can stroll along the beach to Looe (about 4 miles), or take the coastal path. Seaton itself has a pub and bistro (2 minutes walk away, both serve food, and welcome children) and a beach café. The local council has recently created a 'Countryside Park' in the river valley of Seaton. This offers excellent country walks, a nature reserve, a children's adventure playground, several picnic areas and is generally a major new asset for the area. Downderry (one mile) also has a pub, a shop, a café and a good restaurant.
