Our West Wing has six Sicily apartments, some ground floor and some first floor. All apartments have similar furnishings and décor, and are equipped and furnished to a very high standard, to provide all home comforts. There are stunning sea views.

Central heating system is provided by oil and electricity, help to ensure that you enjoy your stay.

Living

• Contemporary open plan living/dining area with stunning sea views
• Furnished with sofas (some are leather recliners) and armchairs, coffee table and a matching side table
• most have 32” LCD TV with integrated Freeview (some are slightly smaller) and DVD player
• First floor apartments have access to the balcony

• Kitchen comprises a electric oven, hob and fridge
• During 2010, some apartments will have freezers and dishwashers
• Full range of utensils and accessories including a microwave, toaster, and kettle

• Large oak dinning table with four chairs

• Furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables complete with matching lamps, chest of drawers and a fitted double wardrobe

Bedroom two

• Situated either in front or rear of the apartment
• Furnished with twin beds, bedside cabinet complete with lamp, chest of drawers, and double wardrobe

Bathroom

• Bathroom comprises a bath with electric shower, w.c. wash basin, rail, shaver point and a mirror
• Towel sets can be hired

Outside

• Terrace or balcony with a table and seating for four – perfect for taking in the superb seas views
• Designated parking for one car, with a second space available if required
• Access to the designated barbecue area and communal gardens
• The sea is within yards of the communal gardens
