Boasting one of the best locations in the West Country, Mount Brioni lies along the quiet coastline of south Cornwall. We have a selection of 24 Mediterranean-style holiday apartments, set in beautiful south-facing gardens in an unrivalled coastal position on the Cornish Riviera. All of the apartments have superb sea views, and the beach is only 100 yards away.

Our small village of Seaton has a pub with restaurant, a bistro, a beach café and a village shop, all within a couple of minutes' walk. Seaton also provides a natural touring base from which to explore the beauty and contrasts of Cornwall and Devon:

• Those well known landmarks of Lands End and The Lizard are only about an hour and a half away by car.
• The rugged beauty of Dartmoor is within one hour's drive.
• Take the train along the picturesque Looe Valley line, where at some points the track has water on both sides.
• The busy fishing port of Looe is only 4 miles away and you can walk there via the scenic coast path (which goes right past our door!), or along the beach (at low water). Watch the trawlers unload their catch, then auction the fish at the market.
• We have 6 golf courses within 20 miles, including the famous St Mellion courses.
• Fishing from the beach, or from the many types of fishing boats in Looe (mackerel, shark, deep sea, conger etc.), many lovely walks, surfing, wind surfing - in other words, something for everyone, all within a few minutes' drive.
• There is an excellent range of pubs and restaurants, to suit all tastes and budgets, for those who prefer to eat out! Rick Stein's restaurant in Padstow is about a 50 minute drive.
• The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the exciting new Eden Project are 40 minutes away.
• In Plymouth (30 minutes' drive) there is a choice of theatres, the new National Marine Aquarium and a new cinema complex, with 16 screens.
• In Falmouth (1 hour's drive) is the new National Maritime Museum.

Dogs are welcome all year, with the exception of the school summer holidays. We normally only allow 1 dog, per apartment, but please ask if this is a problem.
