In the summer of '96
we completed the construction of 6 new, luxurious 1st floor apartments, all
with balconies and superb sea views. They are described as types "Sicily &
Sardinia" (2 bedrooms, sleeping up to 4 & 6 respectively) and "Malta" (1
bedroom, sleeping up to 4).This photograph shows their external appearance.
They all have patio doors, with patio furniture on the balconies. |
The Apartment
Interiors:
These new apartments have been designed and
equipped with the objective of providing all home comforts. These photographs
show a typical lounge, kitchen and bathroom. All of the apartments have similar
furnishings and decor. |

The
Lounges:
The comfortable lounges have remote control TV's with teletext. The Sardinia's
and Malta's have a "drop down" double bed in the lounge (built into the wall to
resemble a wardrobe), with fitted wardrobes on either side. The lounge can be
completely separated from the kitchen/dining area when in use as a
bedroom. |
The Kitchen/Diners: The
fully fitted light oak kitchens have a fan oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave
oven, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, together with quality cutlery,
crockery and utensils. |

The Bedrooms:
The Sicily's have a double bed (4'6") in one bedroom,
with 3' single beds in the second, thereby sleeping four. The Sardinia's have
3' bunk beds in the second bedroom (instead of twin beds) and a 4'6" drop-down
double bed in the lounge. These can therefore sleep up to six. The Malta's
have a double bed (4'6") in the bedroom, together with a 4'6" drop-down double
bed in the lounge. This means they can sleep up to four. |
| In the spring of 1998, we created 2 Corfu's (like the Malta, but
without the drop-down bed, therefore sleeping up to 2) and 2 more Sicily's.
These are on the ground floor, each having been created from the merging of 2
of the old studio apartments. They are furnished and equipped as their 1st
floor equivalents. |

One of the ground floor Corfu's is equipped with
potential wheelchair users in mind, including lower light switches, higher
power points, a larger bathroom, twin 3' beds (that can be pushed together if
required), level access and the ability to bring and park the car very close to
the entrance. |
Ready from Easter of 2000 are a further 2
Corfu's and 2 more Sicily's. They are again on the ground floor, having also
each been created from the merging of 2 of the old studio apartments. They are
furnished and equipped as their 1998 equivalents, except that the predominant
colour is green, instead of blue, as seen to the right. |
