Included in the Weekly Rental: 1) All heating and electricity.
2) Bed linen, with duvets and duvet covers. The beds are made up for your arrival and fresh linen is provided weekly.
3) Colour TVs & VCR's are standard in apartment types.
Additional Charges: 1) Pets are allowed all year, except July 16/17 - August 27/28. The charge is £20 per pet per week. (Sorry, no cats).
2) *Apartment type Sardinia has an additional person charge of £20 per extra person per week when the number of occupants exceeds 4 people (babies under 2 do not count as an extra person).
3) Cots are £10 per week and high chairs are £7 per week. Cot linen is not provided.
4) Towel sets are £4 per week for 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 2 tea towels.
Special Offers: 1) There is an early booking discount of 10% (off the weekly rental) for bookings for 2004 received by January 31st, 2004, and for bookings for 2005 received by January 31st, 2005.
2) **The Easter Mini Break is for 5 nights, commencing either Thursday April 8th, or Friday April 9th.
3) A pre-Easter 5 night break is available for 66% of the weekly rate, commencing on Friday April 2nd or Saturday April 3rd.
Short Breaks: Will be accommodated whenever possible. A 2 day break is charged at 50% of the weekly rate, with additional days being 1/7th of the weekly rate. For stays of over 1 week, add 1/7th of the weekly charge per extra day.
