| DEPOSITS And
BALANCES: |
A deposit of £75 per
apartment per week booked is required if the price for the apartment/week is
less than £400, otherwise the deposit is £100. Please note that
deposits are NOT refundable. An invoice for the balance will be sent to you 5/6
weeks before the start of your holiday, unless you have authorised us to charge
your credit/debit card. The balance is payable at least 4 weeks in advance of
arrival. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to re-let your
accommodation. If you are booking within 4 weeks of your arrival date, payment
in full is required with your booking. The Contract shall be deemed to be made
when we issue a confirmation of your booking, whether by post or
email. |
| BOOKINGS: |
Are normally from 3pm on the
day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure. Please do not arrive early,
unless by prior arrangement. Only Friday to Friday, or Saturday to Saturday
bookings are usually available from early June until late September, but
outside of this period we will do our best to accommodate mid-week bookings,
long weekends etc. |
| ALTERATIONS
TO BOOKINGS: |
Please let us know as soon as
possible of any changes to your requirements. We will do our best to
accommodate them. |
| CANCELLATIONS: |
If you have to cancel, please
telephone us at once and confirm in writing. This will increase our chance of
re-letting your accommodation. Deposits are not refundable. Provided that we
receive written notification of your cancellation at least 6 weeks in advance
of your arrival date, we will not hold you liable for the balance. If you
cancel less than 6 weeks in advance of your arrival date, you will remain
liable for payment of the balance in full. We will, however, endeavour to
re-let your accommodation. If successful, your liability to pay the balance
will cease, and any already paid balances will be re-funded to you (excluding
the deposit). |
| HOLIDAY
INSURANCE: |
We recommend that you take
out holiday insurance, to protect against unforeseen causes of cancellation. An
optional insurance form is included with our confirmation of your
booking. |
| OCCUPANCY: |
Under no circumstances may
the number of occupants per apartment exceed the maximum numbers stated on the
tariff. A baby in a cot counts as an occupant in all apartments, except types
Corfu and Sicily, where a cot may be in addition to the stated
maximum. |
| PLEASANT HOLIDAY
ENVIRONMENT: |
One of our key objectives is
to ensure a relaxing and peaceful holiday for all of our guests. We therefore
ask all guests to comply with these terms, and with the other simple house
rules that are listed in each apartment. We reserve the right to take
repossession of the accommodation if, in our opinion, any party acts in a
manner prejudicial to the well-being and comfort of other guests or
neighbours. |
| PETS: |
Sorry - no pets during the
school summer holidays (July 20th - September 1st, 2001). Your signature on the
booking form (or email address on this form) indicates your agreement to the
following:

All dogs
and other pets must be declared on the booking form. |
| b) |
Maximum of
one dog (sorry, no cats) per apartment, unless by prior
arrangement. |
| c) |
No pets
allowed on our beds, bedding or soft furnishings. |
| d) |
Dogs etc.
to be kept on a lead at all times while on the site and not allowed to foul
anywhere on the site - children are playing here! In case of 'accidents', you
must please ensure that any mess is removed. |
| e) |
Pets must
not be left unattended in our accommodation without our agreement. |

| ON
DEPARTURE: |
All equipment and utensils
(including oven and grill tray) etc., must be left clean and tidy. Failure to
comply may result in an extra cleaning charge. |
| ARTICLES LEFT IN
APARTMENTS: |
Will be forwarded on receipt
of £10, to cover postage, packaging and handling. |
| BREAKAGES: |
The hirer shall be liable to
pay for any breakages, damage or loss caused by a member of his
party. |
| LOSS OR
INJURY: |
It is the express condition
of booking that we cannot be held responsible for any injury to visitors, or
loss or damage to their property or vehicles. Neither can we be held
responsible for non-availability of accommodation due to circumstances beyond
our control. |
| CHANGES TO
ACCOMMODATION: |
We have a policy of
continually improving our accommodation and facilities, so we must reserve the
right to make improvements or alterations to accommodation and facilities
without notice. |
| CAR
PARKING: |
There is no charge for car
parking. We have allocated one space for each apartment. Our spare spaces will
be allocated on a first come first served basis. |
| YOU NEED TO
BRING: |
Towels and tea towels (if not
hired from us), cot linen, table linen. (A copy of the inventory for each
apartment is available on request). |
| OUR
GUARANTEE: |
If you find on arrival that
the accommodation you have booked is not the same as, or better than, the
description in our current brochure and literature, we will refund any money
you have paid to us in full. This is provided that you vacate the accommodation
within one hour (to enable us to re-let the accommodation) and that you apply
for a refund in writing, stating your objections in full. |

We reserve the right to decline acceptance of a booking at our
discretion. |
